Hotel Reservations
When calling the Holiday Inn Laurel West to make room reservations:
We sincerely apologize for the problems some conventioneers are experiencing in booking rooms at the convention hotel. Please be assured that there are sufficient rooms (207) available. We ask that you please follow the procedures outlined below or proceed immediately to step 5.
- (301) 776-5300. When hotel employee answers, please state "I want to make an 'In House Registration'."
- Next: "The room is to be within the Catfish Convention block of rooms".
- If you are transferred to the registration center (800) number, please hang up.
- Please recall the Holiday Inn Laurel West: and follow step 1 and 2 again.
